Hand-Forged Boot Scraper :
A humble item like this can still have a wonderful story. The designer saw a medieval stirrup in a museum display whilst she was researching for another project. She fell in love with the purity of the stirrup’s form and its wonderfully fluid shape, and wondered how she could use it in her work. The result was this boot scraper, a refined and much more elegant version of the usual doorside model.

The design is nonetheless remarkably sturdy, thanks to its floor and wall fixings, and is available in different designs which echo the main architectural styles of both urban and country environments.
